In 80 Tagen um die Welt (auch Reise um die Erde in 80 Tagen, Originaltitel Le tour du monde en quatre-vingt jours) ist ein Roman von Jules Verne. Er wurde 1873 veröffentlicht und vom Wiener Verlag A. Hartleben 1875 in deutscher Übersetzung herausgegeben.

Der britische Gentleman Phileas Fogg bricht mit seinem Diener Passepartout aufgrund einer Wette in seinem Herrenclub zu einer Reise um die Welt in 80 Tagen auf und erlebt turbulente Abenteuer. Fogg gerät unter Verdacht, ein Trickbetrüger zu sein, und so kommt es, dass sich der Detektiv Wilbur Fix an seine Fersen heftet.

Die Reise beginnt im Reform Club in London und führt über Ägypten nach Indien und von dort weiter nach Hong Kong. Nach einem Halt in Japan und der Durchquerung der USA trifft Phileas Fogg schließlich in Irland ein und gelangt von dort nach London zurück.
